On September 24th & 25th, 2022, members of the USS Nomad will be walking together supporting the Canadian Walk for Veterans. This is their 5th annual event, which we are supporting for the third year.  I hope to assemble the same team that braved COVID restrictions last year to walk with my family and in fact grow the team and donations.

I would like you to check out the link and decide if donating to this cause is right for you. That is your choice, not mine. I do however ask, that as a member of this club, please walk on Sept 24th or 25th to support myself and the other crew members partaking in this event. Knowing that we walk together is strangely comforting that we can support each other from a distance. Please review the link. Read it and decide if this event is right for you. And hopefully, we can put a great showing on by the Nomad as a group of friends and a community service organization.
