CREW – COMMAND OFFICERS

BRIDGE OFFICERS

The bridge. All ship activities bubble their way up to the bridge. This is where staff monitor stations and oversee various tasks being performed all over the ship. The crew that man these stations are known as the Bridge Officers.

COMMAND OFFICERS

The Command Staff lead by the Captain is in charge of making sure the ship and crew adheres to STARFLEET’s regulations and standards. Overseeing projects, issuing awards, granting promotions, hosting games, making reports, and planning missions are some of the tasks the Command Staff performs.

The CO is also responsible for the interpretation and compliance with STARFLEET and diplomatic directives. The CO’s primary responsibility is for all monthly reports, and the CO is answerable to STARFLEET for the overall performance of the chapter.

Fleet Captain Mitson
Fleet Captain MitsonEXECUTIVE OFFICER - XO
FleetCaptain

The Executive Officer (referred to as OX or First Officer) is the right-hand to the Captain aboard the USS Renaissance. They execute directives and act as the second-in-command, assuming the same responsibilities as the Commanding Officer in their absence. The Executive Officer maintains all records related to the chapter and oversees internal investigations. It is also the responsibility of the OX to work directly with the crew, particularly new members and Department Chiefs, fostering a collaborative environment within the ship.

Our XO is the Director of Petfleet and our Webmaster, in charge of website design and development for our www.ussrenaissance.ca website. If you have an update for the website, you should contact our XO or your department head.

He has a Human mother and two fathers, one Human and one Klingon, this is why he looks unique as he’s a Human/Klingon Chimera, literally part Human and part Klingon.

His companion is a dog named Nero who is a Harlequin Miniature Pinscher.

LCDR Tuix Tre'Gok
LCDR Tuix Tre'GokSECOND OFFICER & HELMS
FleetCaptain

The Second Officer holds the third-highest rank on a starship and can assume command if both the Captain and First Officer are unavailable. They can also step into the role of First Officer if the current First Officer becomes the Acting Captain.

The Second Officer on the Renaissance holds dual responsibilities. They oversee critical ship systems like communications, environmental controls, and sensors, including conducting sensor sweeps and planetary scans. Additionally, they serve as the Chief Helm Officer. Lieutenant Commander Tuix Tre’goK, who previously held the position of Chief Engineer, found this transition beneficial. It ensures his constant presence on the bridge, enabling him to respond effectively in emergencies while fulfilling his role as Second Officer.

Trix Tre’goK is something of a genetic abnormality as he is part Vulcan, part Klingon, and part human. Apparently, he’s 1% Tribble too. The simple reason behind this is his mother was Vulcan, and his father was a Human/Klingon hybrid. The Tribble part is still a mystery…

FleetCaptain

The ship’s Yeoman is charged with the duties of personal assistant to the Captin. It’s the Yoeman’s duty to carry tricorders to record the ship’s activity, announce the arrival of the Captain and retrieve data and information for the Captain.

Ensign JG Daniel Roberge, if not watching Star Trek, is usually found doing many other nerdy activities, eating food and keeping the Tribbles at bay. Homebase being Quebec Canada, his hobbies include reading, watching, listening, playing guitar, and fighting Gorn.
